Scott Keddy

Chairman

Scott was appointed as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Ausfarm Fresh Group in late 2015. He was recently appointed the Executive Chairman of Batlow Fruit Company Pty Ltd and Botanica Brands Pty Ltd, subsidiary companies controlled by the Ausfarm Fresh Group.

Scott is a practising lawyer, with over 20 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer and corporate advisor in the agri-business and food technology sectors. He has also held senior executive roles in the leisure and disability sectors. He is currently the Executive Chairman of Power Mobility Pty Ltd.

Anthony Chan

Board Member

Anthony Chan is CEO of Isola Capital Group. He has over 20 years of experience in finance at leading global investment banks and asset management firms, with broad investment experience across the Asia-Pacific region in agriculture, consumer, education, and technology sectors.

Anthony spent his formative years in Australia and obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Economics) and Bachelors of Laws (Honours) from The University of Sydney. He is a graduate of The College of Law (Sydney). Anthony is also a graduate of the Financial Engineering Program of Stanford University and attended the Stanford Executive Institute.

Anthony is a Board member of a number of private companies, industry bodies, and philanthropic organisations.

David Zhang

Board Member

David Zhang is the Managing Director at Isola Capital Group. He has 20 years of experience holding various senior positions at leading global investment banks, and he has advised a number of international clients with their cross-border investments across Australia and Greater China, including in the agricultural and consumer foods segments.

David has also held a senior role with a large global investor on the investment and management of a number of international and Australia / New Zealand agricultural and natural resource transactions.

David received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of NSW in Australia, and he is a member of Institute of Actuaries (Australia).

Ugo Tomasel

Board Member

An experienced apple grower since 1971, Ugo Tomasel has a lifetime of knowledge in the industry. Because of this, he has been awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award from Apple and Pear Australia Limited.

Ugo served on the Apple and Pear Australia Limited board for many years and was also a member of the Horticulture Australia Limited Industry Advisory Council.

With a wealth of experience behind him, Ugo was instrumental in implementing the government initiative, the Future Orchards Program, designed to modernise the operation of Australian orchards.
